get_xref

get_xref(reference, new_prefix, /, *, flip=False, **kwargs)

Get the xref with the new prefix if a direct path exists.

Parameters:

• reference (str | Reference | ReferenceTuple)

• new_prefix (str)

• flip (bool)

• kwargs (Unpack[GetOntologyKwargs])
